Reservations
To confirm a reservation, our customers are required to send the proof of payment and the following information:
Full name
Date of birth
Identity number or passport number
CPF (Brazilian Taxpayer ID)
Address / Neighborhood / City / ZIP code
Phone number
Email
Approximate check-in time (usually at 2:00 PM, or at 1:00 PM if available)
Check-out time (by 11:00 AM)
Names of other guests (if applicable)
Payment Methods, Reservations, Rent, and Security Deposit
To reserve one of our properties, we require a 50% confirmation deposit of the total rental amount. The remaining rent will be charged at check-in before entering the property.
Payment for the 55% of the reservation can be made through bank transfer/deposit, PayPal, or credit card.
Payment for the remaining rent must be made at check-in.
The security deposit will be required at check-in in cash, with an amount predetermined per property at the time of booking.
To allocate your payment, we always require confirmation of the transfer via email.
Your reservation will be validated once [COMPANY]'s reservations department sends a confirmation email.
If, for reasons beyond our control, the rented property becomes unavailable, we offer our customers the choice of a similar property or a full refund of all amounts paid.
Check-In
Check-In Time: 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM
We request contact via WhatsApp (+55) 48 99168.8480 to arrange the check-in time or self-check-in if we cannot receive you in person and to provide information for your arrival. The reservation confirmation can be sent to this same number.
If the customer needs an early check-in, if available, it can be arranged for a fee of 50% of the daily rent. This amount must be paid in advance. For check-ins between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM, the rent equivalent to the previous day must be paid.
Check-Out
Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM
An [COMPANY] employee will meet the customer at their apartment (the time will be scheduled in the rental contract) to inspect the property, receive the keys, and return the security deposit.
If the apartment is available, and the customer wishes to check out only between 11:00 AM and 5:00 PM, a late check-out fee of 50% of the daily rent is required. This amount should be paid upon entry.
If the customer does not check out at the agreed-upon time, after a grace period of 30 minutes, a fine of 100 Reais will be charged if the departure is before 12:00 PM. After 12:00 PM, the charge will be equivalent to half a daily rent.
Cancellation and Reservation Changes
In case of cancellation or no-show, the reservation deposit will not be refunded. There will be no refund of rent or the security deposit if the guest decides to leave the apartment before the agreed-upon period. Changes to reservation dates will only be allowed with written confirmation from [COMPANY].
[COMPANY] reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement immediately, without any refund of funds paid by the customer, if any of the following cases occur: the total number of occupants exceeds the maximum defined on our website, disturbance of the neighborhood's peace and/or violation of condominium rules, hosting parties, consuming illegal drugs, having pets without our permission, failure to pay the full rent or security deposit.
If the reserved property has an internet or cable TV connection, [COMPANY] does not assume responsibility for any connectivity problems or inconveniences resulting from them. These services are provided by telecommunications companies and are beyond our control. In case of problems and disruptions with internet connectivity or TV signal, there will be no refund of the rental payment.
Responsibilities and Obligations of Our Guests
We are a rental house, so we value the care of our property as a whole, including dishes, sheets, bath towels, decorations, and belongings in general. Please inform us immediately if any accidents occur so that we can resolve them in the best way.
The guest assumes full responsibility for the rented property as well as for any items belonging to the condominium. The same applies to other residents and visitors. The customer and all apartment occupants and visitors must comply with the condominium regulations and its rules. Fines imposed by the condominium administration for rule violations will be immediately paid by the customer. Additionally, violations may also lead to the premature termination of the rental agreement without any refund.
Visitors
Some condominiums do not allow visitors. Please contact us before making any reservations where visitors are expected so that we can provide a more suitable property.
Some reservations do not include the consumption of electricity and gas; it is necessary to check your rental agreement. In the case of electricity charges, the customer must pay the bills for the duration of their stay at check-out or, if the rental is longer than 30 days, after each month.

The contracting parties choose the jurisdiction of the Court of Imbituba, SC.
